Zainab Market: Exchange & Return Policy.

At Zainab Market, our mission is to bring you the most affordable products at unbeatable prices. To keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, we maintain a straightforward return and exchange policy.

1. The 7-Day Exchange Window

If you bought an item at regular price and changed your mind, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

2. Sale Items (Final Sale)

To offer the massive discounts found in our Sale section, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale items. These purchases are final.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

4. Shipping & Handling Deductions

Since we operate on very low cost margins to keep our prices budget friendly, we cannot cover the cost of logistics for returns.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for sending the product back to us.

• Flat Fee Deduction: A flat fee of 250 PKR will be deducted from your total refund. This covers the shipping and tax costs that the market bears during the initial delivery.

5. How to Proceed

Please reach out to our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the 250 PKR fee) or arrange your exchange.
