Welcome to Zainab Market. These Terms govern your use of zainabmarket.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. ABOUT US
This website is operated by Zainab Market, a business registered in Pakistan.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS, AND IMAGES
We work to describe our products accurately. However:
- Colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device and display settings
- Measurements may vary by up to [1 inch] due to manufacturing tolerance
- Product images are representative; minor variation in shade, print placement, or trim may occur
- We reserve the right to change specifications, materials, and designs without prior notice
4. PRICING
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Delivery charges are additional and shown at checkout
- We may change prices at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already confirmed
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We are not obliged to honour an obvious pricing error.
5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
- The item is out of stock
- We suspect fraud, abuse, or reselling in breach of these Terms
- There is a pricing or product listing error
- The delivery address is outside our service area or cannot be verified
- The customer has a history of refused Cash on Delivery orders
6. PAYMENT
We accept Cash on Delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, the full amount is payable in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to require advance payment for high-value orders, bulk orders, or customers with a record of refused deliveries.
7. DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.
8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
- Discount codes are valid for the stated period only and cannot be combined unless expressly stated
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- We may withdraw or amend any promotion at any time
- Free delivery thresholds are calculated on order value after discounts are applied
- We may cancel orders where discount codes have been misused, duplicated, or shared publicly without authorisation
9. BULK AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Bulk, corporate, and custom-printed or embroidered orders are subject to separate written terms, including advance payment and confirmed lead times. Custom and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except where the goods are defective.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including the Zainab Market name, logo, product designs, photographs, text, and graphics — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected under Pakistani intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Any third-party marks appearing on products are the property of their respective owners.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Place fraudulent, fake, or malicious orders
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the site's operation
- Scrape, copy, or resell our content or product images
- Post abusive, defamatory, or misleading content on our pages or reviews
We may suspend or block any customer who breaches these terms.
12. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, photographs, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing purposes. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from delayed delivery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government action, internet or courier network failure, or public health emergencies.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karachi, Sindh.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation, including the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014.

19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
