Zainab Market — Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering
How do I place an order on Zainab Market? Pick your product, choose your size and colour, and tap Add to Cart. When you're done shopping, go to Cart and click Check Out, then enter your name, full delivery address, city, and mobile number. You'll receive an order confirmation right after.
Do I need to create an account to order? No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes future checkouts faster and lets you track your past orders.
Why should I confirm my order on WhatsApp? Confirming on WhatsApp lets our team verify your address and size straight away, which means your parcel is booked with the courier the same day. Orders that aren't confirmed can take longer, and unverified addresses are the most common cause of failed deliveries.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, as long as the parcel hasn't been handed to the courier. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible and we'll update or cancel it. Once the order is dispatched, it can't be changed.
Something I want is showing "Sold Out." Will it come back? Most of our best-selling caps and tees are restocked. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook (@zainabmarketofficial) or join our email list — restocks and new drops are announced there first.
Products, Sizes & Quality
What does Zainab Market sell? Men's fashion essentials: round neck T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, caps, and summer tracksuits — available as single pieces and as discounted value packs.
What fabric are your T-shirts made of? Our round neck tees are 100% cotton, chosen to stay breathable in Pakistani weather and hold their shape after repeated washes.
How do I choose the right size? Each product page has a size guide with chest and length measurements in inches. The most reliable method is to measure a shirt you already own and wear comfortably, then match it to our chart. If you're between two sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, go one size up. Still unsure? Send us your usual size on WhatsApp and we'll recommend one.
Do your shirts shrink after washing? Minimal shrinkage if washed correctly. Machine wash cold, turn the garment inside out, avoid hot water and high-heat drying, and dry in shade. This also protects printed and embroidered designs.
How should I care for embroidered caps? Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Don't put caps in the washing machine or dryer — it damages the structure of the brim and can loosen the embroidery. Air dry them upright.
Are your prices really discounted, or is that a permanent sale? Discounts run on selected items and packs, and prices change with each collection. Packs of 2 and 3 are always the best value — you save significantly compared to buying single pieces.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, plus the online payment options shown at checkout. With COD, you pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
Do I have to pay anything in advance? No advance payment is required for standard COD orders. Bulk and custom orders may require partial advance — our team will confirm this with you directly.
Is it safe to shop on your website? Yes. Our store runs on Shopify's secure checkout with encrypted payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.
Which currency do you charge in? All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of applicable taxes.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver all over Pakistan? Yes — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities and towns served by our courier partners.
How long does delivery take? Karachi: typically 1–2 working days. Other major cities: 2–3 working days. Smaller towns and remote areas: 3–5 working days. Orders confirmed on WhatsApp are dispatched fastest.
What are the delivery charges? A flat delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on orders above Rs 3,499.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your parcel is dispatched, we send your courier tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can track it on the courier's website, or just message us and we'll check the status for you.
Can I open the parcel before paying? We offer an open-parcel facility so you can check your items at the time of delivery. Please inspect the parcel in front of the rider — this is the easiest way to catch any issue immediately.
What if I'm not home when the courier arrives? The courier will usually attempt delivery again or call you to reschedule. Please keep the mobile number you entered at checkout switched on, as repeated failed attempts result in the parcel being returned to us.
Do you ship internationally? We currently deliver within Pakistan only. For overseas orders, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange an item if the size doesn't fit? Yes. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging and tags intact.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item? That's on us — message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We'll replace it at no extra cost to you.
Do you offer refunds? Refunds are considered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items where a replacement isn't available. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered can't be returned or refunded.
Who pays the return shipping cost? If the fault is ours (wrong or defective item), we cover the return cost. For size exchanges and change-of-mind returns, the return shipping is paid by the customer.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Do you take bulk orders? Yes. We supply schools, offices, sports teams, events, and resellers. Fill in our Bulk Order Form on the website or message us on WhatsApp with your quantity and requirements, and we'll send you a quote.
What's the minimum quantity for bulk pricing? Bulk rates start from a set minimum quantity that varies by product. Share your requirement with us and we'll confirm the pricing tiers.
Can you print our logo or custom design? Yes — we do custom printing and embroidery on T-shirts, polos, hoodies, and caps for corporate and team orders. Send us your artwork and we'll advise on placement and cost.
